HVAC PROFESSIONAL FORMULATOR includes all 200 formulas of the HVAC Fomulator and adds 18 charts, as well as the complete International Mechanical Code. A future upgrade (free for current users) will add the International Energy Code.

HVAC PROFESSIONAL FORMULATOR is the perfect tool for any Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning Professional. The "PRO" version includes charts covering everything from Chimney Clearance to Refrigerant Classification. Sections include: Air Change, Airside, Boilers, BTU Conversions, Ductwork, Energy Values, Heating Design, Heating Requirements, Humidity, Loads, Pumps, Steam, Temperature, Waterside Systems, Conversions and Area Calculations. Heating Design calculations include formulas such as: electric heating calculations, electric baseboard, Heat Tracing Cable, Gas Fired Radiant Ceiling formulas. The program also includes conversions calculations and Area Formulas.

HVAC PROFESSIONAL FORMULATOR provides an easy was to quickly find what you need, you can search, mark formulas as favorites, or access recently used formulas. You can also save formula results and e-mail them.

HVAC PROFESSIONAL FORMULATOR is a dynamic program, planned to develop and evolve. It was not our intent to include every possible HVAC formula in this program version. Additional formulas will be added over time. If there is a formula you would like us to add, please contact us and we will do our best to add that formula.

Latest reviews of HVAC Professional app for iPhone and iPad

Little use
low usability its pity no version in French - A french engineer in HVAC
I like it
I like it, especially all of the extra information in the Mechanical codes concerning boilers. A future update with a "visual representation" of the formulas in the "Formula Definition" would be great. You know, for instance, when you go to the formula definition of a square, it would have the actual formula there for you to see (Side Squared or S2 or 3D representation of formula) Of course some of the formulas would get more complex but a better understanding of HOW the formulas were calculated would be nice for some of us who are just learning this stuff and not 2nd and 1st degree Power Engineers. Also I am looking for an app on Boilers....any ideas in the works for this? It would just be nice to have an app that just taught some of this stuff instead of just formula calculators. HVAC Pro, I like, because of the extra data to actually learn from the app. Help some of us neophytes out here with some better explainations in the definitions and formulas please. It is a nice program though and for 7.99 you cant go wrong. It really would be nice though to have more info on how the formulas were calculated, to actually SEE the formula would be a big update for me. I need all the explainations I can get.

Not very impressive. Alot of errors. Very basic.
Not what I expected
This might do for some people or comanaies. Does not have what you would need in the field on a daily basis.
Very useful!
Yes, there are typos. Yes, its not incredibly elegant. But if you need to refer to the IMC in the field or look up a rarely used calc, this comes in very handy and can MAKE ME LOOK GOOD IN FRONT OF MY CLIENT. if only more tech geeks would do more in this arena!
